Syringe Services Programs: Community Building, Testing and Stigma

This video series explains services provided by the Syringe Service Programs (SSPs) in Connecticut, including the Greater Bridgeport Area Prevention Program (GBAPP), the AIDS Connecticut (ACT) and the Yale Health Care Community Van. The main goals of the videos are to:

2. Define the role of testing
3. Explain the harm reduction model
4. Describe patients’ and community stigma
